Welcome to Tea. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use Tea

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tea. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By using Tea, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account
Keep your login credentials private
One person, one account — no impersonation or duplicates
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Community guidelines — zero tolerance

You agree not to post, share, or transmit:

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or graphic content
Personal information of others (doxxing) — names, addresses, phone numbers, workplaces
Content involving minors in any unsafe context
Illegal content or content promoting illegal activity
Spam, scams, phishing, or malware
Impersonation of any person or entity
Content that infringes copyright or trademarks

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations result in content removal and may lead to permanent ban.

4. Your content

You own the content you post. By posting on Tea, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app. You can revoke this license by deleting your content or your account.

You are solely responsible for your content. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove any content that violates these Terms, without notice
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
We review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action
Banned users may not create new accounts

6. Reporting and blocking

Every post and comment has a Report option. Users can also block others to prevent unwanted interaction. We act on reports promptly.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using Tea, you also agree to that policy.

8. Intellectual property

Tea, the Tea logo, and all related branding are owned by Studio Twelve FZCO. You may not copy, modify, or use them without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Tea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available, error-free, or secure at all times. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Twelve FZCO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tea. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or USD 100, whichever is greater).

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use Tea ends immediately.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
